Use of our online form (Form.taxi)

Our website uses Form.taxi, a web service provided by the website Form.taxi (referred to as “Form.taxi”). To provide the form functionality, the data you enter is sent to Form.taxi. In addition, Form.taxi collects technical data such as your IP address, browser type, website domain, and the date and time of access, in order to provide the requested functionality.

Signup uses a double opt in process. After you sign up, you will receive an email with a confirmation link. Your address will only be activated for delivery after you click that link.

What data is processed?

Email address (required)
Signup status, for example pending or active
Time of signup, confirmation, and unsubscribe
Technical log data to protect against abuse: IP address and user agent at signup and confirmation for spam and abuse prevention
Sending log: send date and, if applicable, error status to prevent duplicate sends and to ensure technical delivery

Purpose of processing

Sending the daily email and protecting the system against abuse, including proof of consent through the double opt in process.

Unsubscribe and withdrawal of consent

You can unsubscribe at any time. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also request unsubscription through the unsubscribe page on jesusTALK.de. Unsubscribing withdraws your consent for the future. Processing that happened before the withdrawal remains lawful.

Data retention

We store your data only as long as needed for delivery and for proof of consent. After you unsubscribe, your address is no longer used for sending. Technical log data may be retained for a limited period where required by law or for abuse prevention.

Emails are sent through our own mail server (SMTP). We do not share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.
