Peace Beyond Understanding
Verse
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Thought
Do not be anxious about anything. That is radical. Instead: Bring everything before God with thanksgiving. And the result: A peace that surpasses all understanding. This peace guards your heart and mind in Christ.
Paul doesn't say: Feel no stress. He says: Bring everything to God. The method is prayer with thanksgiving. The result is a supernatural peace that guards you.
Truth & Application
Truth: God's peace surpasses your understanding. You don't have to comprehend it to experience it. It guards you when you bring your requests to God with thanksgiving.
Today practically: Name three things you are grateful for today, then bring your worries to God. Watch how peace comes.

Father, I bring you everything that moves me today. With thanksgiving. I trust your peace that surpasses my understanding. Guard my heart and mind in Christ. Amen.
