Privacy Policy
Status: 25 December 2025
We take data protection seriously. That is why we do without unnecessary cookies, hidden trackers and externally hosted scripts. You can use all content on jesusTALK.de without banners, popups or click hurdles — because:
✅ Visitor analysis with Matomo (cookieless & self-hosted)
This website uses Matomo, a privacy-friendly open-source analytics platform that we operate ourselves. With it:
- no cookies are set for analysis purposes
- no data is passed on to third parties
- no profiles are created
- your IP address remains anonymized
Only a technically necessary functional cookie (matomo_ignore) can be set if you object to the analysis (opt-out). It contains no personal data.
🎵 External content — Spotify (music streams)
On jesusTALK.de individual links to Spotify may be embedded in the future, to make new music projects and releases audible.
When clicking on a Spotify link, you leave our site and call up content of the provider Spotify AB (Sweden).
In doing so, cookies may be set by Spotify. The privacy notices of Spotify then apply.
Important: as long as you do not click on a Spotify link, no automatic connection to Spotify or its servers takes place.
🛡️ No advertising, no passing on, no third parties
We consciously do not use:
- no Google Analytics, no external trackers
- no embedded videos, no Facebook or YouTube scripts
- no advertising or affiliate systems
- no social-media plugins
▶️ YouTube embeds (disabled by default)
On jesusTALK.de videos from YouTube (Google Ireland Limited) may be embedded. This content is disabled by default. That means:
Without your consent, no connection to YouTube is established.
No YouTube cookies are loaded and no data is transmitted to YouTube.
Only when you actively consent (e.g. via the hint/switch in the video area) will the video be loaded and can be played.
Which data may be processed after consent?
When loading/playing a YouTube video, YouTube may, among other things, process your IP address, device/browser data and possibly cookies/identifiers. We have no full technical influence on this.
Legal basis:
The loading/playing of embedded YouTube videos takes place only after consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
You can find more information in the privacy notices of YouTube/Google.
