No More Tears
Verse
He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore.
Thought
God will wipe away every tear. Death, sorrow, pain, all will pass. This is not a consolation prize but a promise. What you go through is not the last word. God is a God of restoration.
Truth & Application
Truth: Pain has an expiration date. God's promise stands: Everything will be new. The tears are numbered.
Today practically: Hold on today to the hope that God restores. Even when it doesn't feel like it yet.
Question for you: Where do you need the hope today that pain is not the last word?
Prayer
Father, thank you that you will wipe away every tear. Pain does not have the last word. Today I hold on to this hope. Amen.
