Ephesians 3:20

Blessed and Provided For

Verse

Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us.

Thought

Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us. Paul praises a God whose possibilities far exceed our imagination.

In the New Covenant, provision is not limited by your lack or your imagination. God's power works IN you, not just FOR you. You are not a beggar at his door but a son in his house.

Today you may think generously. Not because you are presumptuous but because your Father is abundant.

Truth & Application

Truth: God's possibilities exceed your asking and understanding. Provision in the New Covenant does not start from your lack but from his abundance. The power is already at work in you.

Practical today: Name one area where you need provision. Then hand it to God and take your next step in trust, not in worry.

Question for you: Where are you limiting God by the size of your imagination?

Prayer

Father, thank you for being abundant. Thank you that your possibilities are greater than my thinking. Today I open myself to your fullness. I release worry and small faith. Holy Spirit, widen my view for God's provision. Amen.
