Brought Near
Verse
But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far away have been brought near by the blood of Christ.
Thought
Once far away, now brought near by the blood of Christ. You were outside. Now you are in. Not through your effort but through his blood.
Truth & Application
Truth: You were once far, now you are near. Through Christs blood. The distance is overcome. You are not a guest, you are family.
Today practically: Live from this truth today.
Prayer
Father, thank you that through Christs blood I have been brought near. Once far, now close. Today I live in this closeness. Amen.
