My child, the past no longer has power over you. In Christ it is completed, sealed, finished. You do not have to keep returning there. Every time a memory tries to pull you down, you may say: that is no longer who I am. Your new life has long since begun. Live it today with the freedom that belongs to you - not as a gift on trial but as your right in Christ.
