My child, you may set boundaries without feeling guilty. Saying no is not a lack of love, it is wisdom. I myself set boundaries, and you may do so too. Not every demand placed on you comes from me. Test today with my peace what is truly yours to do and what you may let go. Your yes only has power when your no also counts.
