My child, your body is not an obstacle but my temple. I dwell within you, not somewhere far away. Take care of yourself, not out of vanity, but out of appreciation for what I created. Eat consciously, rest, move. Your body carries the Spirit that gives you life. Treat it well. You are a place of my presence.
