My child, stop comparing yourself to your former self. You are no longer there. Every setback, every weakness you notice in yourself is not evidence against your change. It is a sign that you now look differently. Before, you would not have even noticed. That is growth. Celebrate the progress instead of condemning yourself for the rest.
