Galatians 6:15
Freedom from Accusation
Verse
For neither circumcision counts for anything, nor uncircumcision, but a new creation.
Thought
In Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision counts for anything, but a new creation. Paul clears away religious categorization here. In the New Covenant, what matters is not which label you carry but that you are newly created.
Accusation often works with old categories: what you were, what you did, which group you belong to. But God sees a new creation. The old standards no longer apply.
When an inner voice tries to pin you to old mistakes today, you may answer: That is no longer who I am. I am a new creation in Christ.
Truth & Application
Truth: In the New Covenant, old categories do not count. You are a new creation. Accusation that appeals to your past has lost its right because God has made you new.
Practical today: When an old accusation rises in you, say deliberately: I am a new creation. The old has passed. Then walk on upright.
Question for you: Which old label over you may finally fall away today?
Prayer
Father, thank you for making me new. Old categories no longer apply. Today I stand on this truth. I release accusation that appeals to my past. Holy Spirit, strengthen in me the awareness of being a new creation. Amen.
