To him who loves us and has freed us from our sins by his blood and made us a kingdom, priests to his God and Father.

To him who loves us and has freed us from our sins by his blood and made us a kingdom, priests to his God and Father. This verse describes not what you should become but what you already ARE: a king and priest.
Spiritual guidance begins with your identity. You are not a petitioner but a royal child. And as a priest you have direct access to the Father, without mediator, without waiting list.
Guidance through the Spirit becomes natural when you know who you are: loved, redeemed, appointed.
Truth & Application
Truth: You are redeemed through Jesus' blood and made a king and priest. This is your standing now, not your goal. Spiritual guidance flows from this identity.
Practical today: Approach God today as the priest you are. Directly. Without detours. And act as the king you have been made.
Question for you: Where are you still living as a petitioner when you are a king and priest?
Prayer
Father, thank you for making me a king and priest. Through Jesus' blood I am redeemed and appointed. Today I live from this identity. I release petitioner mentality. Holy Spirit, guide me today in my royal and priestly calling. Amen.
