Renewal of the mind is an ongoing process. Paul says: Don't conform to the world but be transformed by the renewal of your thinking. In Christ you think differently, but old patterns take time to be replaced.
Transformation starts in the mind. Not through discipline alone but through the Spirit renewing your thinking. You can replace old thoughts with truth.
Truth & Application
Truth: Change begins in thinking. God's Spirit renews your mind so you can discern his good will. You don't have to conform to the world, you can be changed from within.
Today practically: What thought do you want to replace with truth today? Do it consciously.

Prayer
Father, renew my thinking today. Let me see the world through your eyes. I let go of old patterns and receive your truth. Holy Spirit, transform my mind. Amen.
